The Longchamp Club Chair is one of the most successful pieces in our collection. Its rounded lines and generous padding give it a warm personality and make you want to lounge in it in complete relaxation.
The patches, side straps, and English-style stitching recall the craftsmanship of horse saddles. These aesthetic features are found in the works of great saddlers from the ’50s and ’60s. Its shell-shaped armrests and curved backrest are inspired by the epicure model, which shares the same dimensions.
Like it, it promises wonderful moments of relaxation and well-being. Combining comfort and robustness, this exceptional piece of furniture is a true remedy for fatigue. This is the magic of club chairs: they are such beautiful pieces that you might hesitate to sit in them…
But once you do, you’ll never want to get up!
Its sheepskin leather upholstery improve its chic and authentic aesthetic. Thick, supple, and shiny, it is a noble and durable material. This full-grain sheepskin leather is treated with vegetable tanning, an artisanal technique that enhances and strengthens this exceptional quality hide. The structure and frame are made of beech wood, pre-dried in a kiln. This dense and robust wood species will allow you to enjoy your chair for decades.
The Longchamp Club Chair is a high-end model that you will have the pleasure of customising by choosing its colour (from 8 shades). The waxing and patina will be done according to your preferences.
Like the delicate upholstery nails that adorn its backrest, these will be applied by hand. As custom specialists, we offer three types of comfort: soft, medium, or firm.

Our Club chairs are made of 1.4/1.6 mm thick full grain sheep leather (basane leather).
This leather is renowned for its strength and softness and guarantees excellent long-term durability.
The vegetable tanning of our skins is done in the Toulouse region by a tannery with world-renowned know-how.
During assembly, in order to obtain an optimal result, we wet the leather so that it perfectly fits the curves of the model.
We then let the skin dry naturally.
Once the chair is dry, we colour it with the chosen shade.
Once dyed, the leather is patinated and waxed by hand to bring out the roughness of the leather. This step underlines the elegance and the beautiful natural colour of the material. The back is studded or finished with piping, as desired.

The frame and legs of our models are made entirely of solid beech. Our wood is kiln-dried, which increases its strength. The joints are carefully stapled and glued.
There are 2 types of frames:
The seat cushion is less steep, which makes it easier to get up.
The seat cushion is lowered more, which can cause problems when standing up.
