The chair’s design is reminiscent of the Art Deco style and 1930s furniture. Majestic and aesthetic, it remains incredibly comfortable, like any authentic club chair.
Comfort and Quality
Its deep and generous seat, combined with its full-grain sheepskin leather upholstery, offers delightful moments of relaxation. This leather, with a thickness of 1.4 to 1.6 mm, is the finest available. Soft and warm to the touch, it is also extremely supple and durable. Thanks to its vegetable tanning process, it is designed to last for many years.
A Jewel of Interior Decoration
The Grand Carré Club Chair is a true gem of interior decoration, adding charm and sophistication to any space.
Who said good things never last? This artisanal masterpiece features a hand-assembled structure and legs made from solid beech wood. The wood is kiln-dried before assembly to optimise its resistance to weight and various stresses.
As per tradition, the delicate shape of the backrest is highlighted by hand-applied gold upholstery nails, adding a precious detail that enhances its retro character. We also offer an optional piped finish for those who like a different look.
The staining, patina, and waxing are applied by hand to suit your favourites. Some clients appreciate the advanced patina work, which gives the leather a charming aged appearance, while others prefer to let time naturally enhance its beauty.

Our Club chairs are made of 1.4/1.6 mm thick full grain sheep leather (basane leather).
This leather is renowned for its strength and softness and guarantees excellent long-term durability.
The vegetable tanning of our skins is done in the Toulouse region by a tannery with world-renowned know-how.
During assembly, in order to obtain an optimal result, we wet the leather so that it perfectly fits the curves of the model.
We then let the skin dry naturally.
Once the chair is dry, we colour it with the chosen shade.
Once dyed, the leather is patinated and waxed by hand to bring out the roughness of the leather. This step underlines the elegance and the beautiful natural colour of the material. The back is studded or finished with piping, as desired.

The frame and legs of our models are made entirely of solid beech. Our wood is kiln-dried, which increases its strength. The joints are carefully stapled and glued.

The seat cushion is less steep, which makes it easier to get up.
