The Grand Carré 2 Seater Club Sofa is directly inspired by the renowned ‘Art Deco’ movement. This 1930s design has become an essential element of modern decoration and furnishing. This sofa is fully covered in sheepskin leather. This full-grain sheepskin leather has retained its original beauty and thickness, making it robust, supple, and shiny.
It benefits from vegetable tanning, a process still practised in the last French tanneries known for their worldwide expertise. It’s a noble material that adds a unique and cosy touch.
Each club sofa model is unique.
The leather used for their construction may have distinct marks such as stretch marks, scars, and wrinkles. These are quality and authenticity criteria sought by true club chair enthusiasts. The deep and generous seats of the Grand Carré 2 Seater Club Sofa will offer you optimal comfort. Its high and slightly inclined backrest ensures relaxation and ideal support for the whole body, especially the back.
The structure and legs of this 2-seater sofa are made from solid beech wood, a dense and aesthetically pleasing wood known for its durability. The leather of this club sofa will be dyed, patinated, and polished by hand to suit your personal tastes. The back of the sofa is elegantly highlighted by a studded finish, adding a vintage detail. You can also opt for a more discreet piped coating.
Today, it is available in different colours: Havana, honey, chocolate, cognac, red, black, antique green, or English green. Comfort is a matter of preference, so we provide three cushioning options: soft, medium, or firm.
Additionally, we offer a feature biconical spring suspension, which gives incredible seating flexibility.

Our Club chairs are made of 1.4/1.6 mm thick full grain sheep leather (basane leather).
This leather is renowned for its strength and softness and guarantees excellent long-term durability.
The vegetable tanning of our skins is done in the Toulouse region by a tannery with world-renowned know-how.
During assembly, in order to obtain an optimal result, we wet the leather so that it perfectly fits the curves of the model.
We then let the skin dry naturally.
Once the chair is dry, we colour it with the chosen shade.
Once dyed, the leather is patinated and waxed by hand to bring out the roughness of the leather. This step underlines the elegance and the beautiful natural colour of the material. The back is studded or finished with piping, as desired.

The frame and legs of our models are made entirely of solid beech. Our wood is kiln-dried, which increases its strength. The joints are carefully stapled and glued.
There are 2 types of frames:
The seat cushion is less steep, which makes it easier to get up.
The seat cushion is lowered more, which can cause problems when standing up.
