Simple yet plush, it will undoubtedly give an authentic old charm. Thanks to its deep seat, round backrest, and padded armrests, it will be your best ally for relaxing moments, reading, or lounging while smoking a good cigar. Seated or lying down, this stylish piece of furniture will comfortably accommodate you in all circumstances. The spirit of this club sofa mirrors that of gentlemen. Thus, it exudes opulence while being elegant and discreet.
This high-end sofa will create a lavish and convivial decor in which you will enjoy hosting your guests. Its basane leather upholstery is one of its most beautiful assets. Indeed, this full-grain sheepskin leather is both aesthetic and durable, providing a remarkably smooth touch.
Before being sewn by hand, it is vegetable-tanned by our renowned tanner in the southwest of France. This natural process enhances the leather, allowing it to retain its resilience and the unique markings that give high-end authentic leathers their charm.
The Gentleman 2 Seater Club Sofa benefits from waxing and patina applied manually. The patina reveals the colour nuances of the leather and gives it a slightly aged appearance. These marks will be more or less intense and deep depending on the instructions you provide.
Like all club furniture, this is primarily a handcrafted piece dedicated to comfort. Thus, you can select a custom level of padding: firm, medium, or soft, according to your favourite. Additionally, we offer an optional biconical spring suspension integrated into the structure, supplying greater seating flexibility. Its backrest is secured with upholstery nails that enhance its vintage style, a signature finish that we can replace with leather piping upon request.
To extend the lifespan of your club sofa, we have preferred solid beech wood for its frame and legs. We oven-dry this solid wood to stabilise the material before assembling it by hand. This model is available in eight timeless colours: Havana, honey, chocolate, cognac, red, black, antique green, and English green. However, as always, we can create custom shades for you by working with a sample of your choice. If you need help making your selection, please contact us.

Our Club chairs are made of 1.4/1.6 mm thick full grain sheep leather (basane leather).
This leather is renowned for its strength and softness and guarantees excellent long-term durability.
The vegetable tanning of our skins is done in the Toulouse region by a tannery with world-renowned know-how.
During assembly, in order to obtain an optimal result, we wet the leather so that it perfectly fits the curves of the model.
We then let the skin dry naturally.
Once the chair is dry, we colour it with the chosen shade.
Once dyed, the leather is patinated and waxed by hand to bring out the roughness of the leather. This step underlines the elegance and the beautiful natural colour of the material. The back is studded or finished with piping, as desired.

The frame and legs of our models are made entirely of solid beech. Our wood is kiln-dried, which increases its strength. The joints are carefully stapled and glued.
There are 2 types of frames:
The seat cushion is less steep, which makes it easier to get up.
The seat cushion is lowered more, which can cause problems when standing up.
